Coaching Services What is Coaching?

To coach means the following:

Just as sport teams have a coach to move them towards victory and success, individuals and companies have discovered they can also benefit from this same type of partnership.

A business and life coach will listen to your goals, and dreams. Together you will design a plan, if you don’t already have one, which will help you achieve your objectives. If you already have a plan, your coach will review it with you to make sure it is a solid and feasible plan one that propels you in the direction of your goals.

A coach will listen, observe, challenge and guide you, sometimes offering advice but the ultimate decision is up to you as to how you work and achieve your plan.

What Does the Coaching Process Entail?

The coaching process and program varies from coach to coach. We structure ours in Phases. Below is the process we use:

 *PHASE I: THE DISCOVERY PROCESS 
Three hours- divided into two 90 minute sessions
  • The first meeting entails completion of 4-5 written exercises, which will be followed by discussion of what is revealed. This gives us an idea of any concerns; fears and how to establish the next part of phase one, which is setting goals.
  • The second meeting will entail establishing goals and a plan based on what was discovered in the first meeting.
 *PHASE II: MONTHLY COACHING PROCESS 
All sessions are one hour in length
  • This is where the individual performs the majority of the work. Based on what is discussed in phase one such as what goals and strategies have been established, how much of a self-starter the individual is, how often the individual wants to have contact with their coach during the action/work phase of the process the number of monthly coaching sessions are established.
  • This is the phase where the individual will implement the action-steps and strategies created to achieve their goals. They will meet with the coach on a regular basis to evaluate their progress and address any concerns.
The Monthly Series Rates are as follows:
  • One Session: $125.00
  • Three Sessions: $337.50 (10% savings)
  • Six Sessions: $637.00 (15% savings)
  • Nine Sessions: $900.00 (20% savings)*
*For optimum results during the monthly sessions it is recommended that meetings take place 2-3 times a month.
*Each three-session series should be completed within a 3-month timeframe. Sessions in a three package series not completed in 3 months will be forfeited.
*Though it is not required, for optimum results it is recommended that an individual commit to at least a three-month program.


 *PHASE III: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED PROCESS 
Two hours
(This phase is only offered to those completing phase I or II)
  • Re-cap of the discovery process-examine where the individual is now compared to the discovery phase.
  • Re-cap monthly sessions-were all goals accomplished if so outstanding, if not what needs to happen to achieve the goals if they are still important to the individual.
  • Discuss what will happen for the individual as a result of completing the coaching process. How will they take the revelations and continue to realize their dreams, passions and goals; how will they share their accomplishments with others?
*Phase I (Discovery) and Phase III (Mission Accomplished) are important to the coaching process, but not required. You may purchase each phase individually (except phase III), or as a complete program, it just depends on what we determine your needs to be after our initial 30-minute complimentary session

How much does Coaching Cost?

The cost of coaching various from coach to coach and depends on what you wish to accomplish and how long you have a need for the coaches services. Some coaches charge in the upwards of thousands of dollars. Most coaches offer an initial complimentary session so that you can see if their service is right for you. I would suggest finding a coach who has a similar background as yours or they have experience with others in your field of work.

Following are our Rate Plans:
  • Plan A (Phases I through III) - Discovery/Monthly Sessions/Recap Sessions:
    To benefit from the entire coaching process, as described earlier, the cost could range from $715.00-$1,490.00 the variance being the number of monthly sessions selected.
  • Plan B (Phase I only) - Discovery Sessions Only:
    This plan is good for those who are self-starters and feel they don’t need follow-up sessions to assess their progress. Based on the findings during the Discovery Phase, a plan is established and the individual will move forward on their own. The cost for this plan is $360.00
  • Plan C (Phase II only) - Monthly Sessions Only:
    This plan is for those who already have their goals and strategies established but need some ongoing encouragement, advice and coaching to move forward with their plan. The cost for this plan ranges from $125.00-$900.00 the variance being the number of sessions selected.
  • Plan D (Phase III) - Two-Hour Mission Accomplished Process:
    This will take place in two one-hour meetings. As stated earlier this plan is only available to those completing either phase I or II. The cost for this thorough recap plan is $230.00.
  • Plan E (Retainer Plan):
    This plan is available to those individuals or companies who would like an unlimited number of hours/sessions of coaching on a pre-determined basis. Cost for this plan is based upon the client’s needs and objectives. Call to discuss rates.
** Purchase all three phases (Plan A) and receive a 15% discount off of your package.

 Payment 

Full payment is usually required with the signed agreement. However, sometimes-special payment arrangements can be made (installment payment plan-call to discuss).
