Mission Statement Design
A Mission Statement defines an individual or company’s purpose for doing something, or existing. It is a statement, which is the foundation for helping individuals, and businesses make decisions and establish goals; it's like a compass. Together we will create a Mission Statement for you or your business by engaging in a process of brainstorming, written exercises, verbal exercises and questionnaires.
Companies also need to make sure that all of their employees are familiar with the Mission Statement and have their own personal plan on how they can help the company reach the overall Mission.

A goal is something an individual or business would like to achieve. Once a Mission Statement has been established it is time to set specific goals which will allow the Mission Statement to function as a Statement-of-Action. Vision Statement Design
A vision statement is the desired future outcome an individual or business would like to see as a result of establishing a Mission- Statement and achieving the set goals. Together we will create a Vision Statement for you or your business by engaging in brainstorming sessions and written exercises.
Strategic Planning Process
This process is designed to help an individual or business achieve their overall objectives and goals. This process includes reviewing the Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Goals. We also review your current situation and compare it to where you want to be. Once those items have been assessed we will work together to define specific action-steps, time-lines and strategies which will allow you or your company to close the gap between your current state and desired state.
Business Plan Development
We design business plans for individuals and businesses, which would allow them to seek funding for their endeavors or to use as a guideline towards achieving established goals and objectives. We create plans from scratch or we will review your current plan and re-structure it to make it a more concise, viable plan.
