HISTORY
Segue Business Solutions is based in the Dallas, Texas area. The company was founded in August 2002 to address the issue of the high dropout rate of massage therapists/bodyworkers. After research, we believe this is due to their frustration and discouragement as it relates to the administrative, marketing, and business/clientele building tasks of their practice.
MISSION
SEGUE Business Solution’s Mission: To transition (transform) bodyworkers from stressful-to-successful business practices by providing user-friendly business management products and services.

MEET OUR STAFF
Lisa M. Randolph, L.M.T., B.A., C.E. ProviderCEO/Co-Founder
Lisa is an Alumni of Wellness Skills International (now TMI). She has owned AGAPE’ Massage TherapyTM (www.agapemassage.com) for 14 years and is also the the owner of Carpe Diem StrategiesTM (www.carpediemstrategies.net) which provides business Coaching and consulting for individuals and small businesses. Her true coaching passion is working with Massage Therapists and Bodyworkers. She was the Business Practices and Ethics Instructor at WSI/TMI for 3 years before deciding to teach CE workshops which focus on the Bodyworkers’ success as it relates to the business and marketing aspects of their practice. Lisa holds a B.A. in Advertising and Marketing (class of 1986) from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to her successful career in massage and coaching/consulting she was in The Hotel Industry as a Sales and Marketing Manager for the Marriott and Omni Hotel Corporations. Lisa is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma but has resided in Dallas, Texas for the past 21 years.
Her Belief:
"I have many philosophies and principles I strive to live by to make my life more fulfilling. I truly believe that life is too precious and fleeting to simply exist, to not live your passions and dreams on a daily basis. I believe that an individual can incorporate their true passion(s) with their career if they really map out a plan following my 4-P Principle which consists of Planning-Passion-Prayer (Faith)-Perseverance. I believe that each step in the 4-P Principle is vital to success. You can have the most wonderful career but if you don’t have passion for what you are doing your will never be fulfilled. You can have an abundance of passion for your career but if you don’t have a solid plan (road map) to guide that passion you will find yourself lost, frustrated and not achieving a thing. I believe planning and passion must co-exist for success to take place. However they must be nurtured with prayer (Faith) and perseverance. There will be times when your plan is not falling into place the way you want it to or as fast as you desire. There will be times when you might not reach one of the goals in your plan. This is why it is important to connect to God on a daily basis with prayer/meditation and keep the faith that if you continue to do your part, persevere, and work your plan you will be blessed with fulfillment and success in the end.
